What sizes are available? +

We supply fully custom sizes — from small 6 inch home mandir pieces to large 5+ feet murti installations. Just tell us the exact size you need and we'll get it made.

How long does an order take? +

Typically 6–8 weeks depending on the size of the murti. Smaller plain white pieces are faster; larger fully painted and decorated murtis take longer. We give you an exact timeline when you confirm the order.

What is the payment process? +

We take 30–50% advance to begin work. The balance is paid before dispatch. All payments via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI). We provide a proper GST invoice for every order.

How is the murti packed for delivery? +

Every piece is wrapped in thick bubble foam, placed in a wooden crate, and sealed securely. We share photos/videos of the packed murti before it leaves. Any breakage during transit is our responsibility.

Do you deliver all over India? +

Yes — we deliver pan-India via trusted transport partners. We also handle export shipments for NRI clients and overseas buyers. Delivery charges depend on destination and murti size.

Can I get a custom design or deity? +

Absolutely. Send us a reference photo on WhatsApp and we'll get you a sample photo and price quote within 48 hours. We work on any deity, pose, size, finish, or colour requirement.
